Founded in 2016 with a love for good food, Abbot's Butcher began as a small operation at farmer's markets in Southern California, offering burgers, meatballs, and grounds made from whole food ingredients. In 2017 and 2018, they expanded to natural grocers and had the opportunity to work with innovative chefs, using their simple and clean plant-based proteins to create gourmet dishes.
