Belfiore Cheese Company is a family-owned and operated business that has been producing handcrafted Italian-style cheeses for over 32 years. Founded in 1987, Belfiore was one of the first pioneers in America to produce traditional Mozzarella and Fior di Latte. In 1989, new owners took over the small operation and continued the same traditional cheese making techniques with a passion to preserve the genuine quality and homemade style that has become the signature of the Belfiore Cheese brand.

All Belfiore Cheese products are made from certified rBST-free, grade “A” milk, produced by California farmers. The company prides itself on using only 100% natural ingredients and no additives or preservatives, which has helped to establish the company's reputation for producing high-quality, flavorful cheeses. Belfiore has won several American Cheese Society awards, including blue ribbons for both their feta and fresh mozzarella, as well as their signature product, the handcrafted Fior di Latte.
