An iconic L.A. brunch scene, Gjusta is a California deli, bakery, café, and market created to serve California-driven, seasonal food. Gjusta and sister restaurant Gjelina are notable for being the crown jewels of west side Los Angeles. Gjusta began in fall 2014 as a commissary kitchen providing bread and pantry items for their restaurant Gjelina, but quickly grew to be much more.

Gjelina Group – part restaurant, part bakery, part grocery store and goods shop – creates hospitality experiences delivered from a place of purpose. Named for founder Fran Camaj’s mother, Gjelina opened on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in 2008, serving locally-sourced, produce-forward food and becoming a staple in the Venice community.

Since then, Gjelina Group businesses, including Gjusta, have evolved with the LA neighborhood that has become home — with menus guided by conversations and long-standing relationships with Southern California farmers, local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops.
