Middle East - Soli's Baking Company was started back in 1983 by a father and son team, who wanted to find quality pita bread that reminded them of back home in Cairo, Egypt. After failing to find a product that met their standards, they decided to open their own bakery here in the bay area. Now three decades later, Middle East - Soli's Baking Co. continues to provide the taste of the Middle East with quality products that taste home-made.
