White guava are sweeter and higher in Vitamin C than their pink cousins. The fruit has a creamy texture, and a tropical flavor that has notes of pear and strawberry. The seeds are completely edible and a great source of potassium and anti-oxidants. Perfect for snacking, smoothies, jams, and baked goods, you know they are ready to eat when the flesh softens up and gives a bit when you apply pressure. White guava is delicious in jams and jellies, and as a flavoring in cheesecakes, cupcakes, shortbread cookies, bars, dessert empanadas, sweetbreads, and cakes.

Make sure they’re ripe first, otherwise great taste
First time trying guava
This was my first time trying white guava and it was really tasty. I’m just not a huge fan of the textures (almost like a pear with texture) but overall very delicious
these came in perfect shape, and have tasted fantastic!!
The flavor of these guava were some of the best we've had in the US, but they weren't very sweet
Perfectly ripe guava. Delicious.
