Absolutely insane in the best way - my husband said “oh my god” because it was that good. He’s from Xi’an, the namesake of these dumplings, so that’s a big compliment! We were shaken up by how spot on the seasoning was for these homemade lamb dumplings - exactly like cumin lamb from street vendors in his hometown. Kept it simple with chili oil but honestly they’re more than flavorful enough on their own. Will definitely be back for more of these!
