Fun and challenging to make

First time I got these, I really didn’t “get” how to make them- like how they were supposed to turn out. But making thin, even sliced results in long, stretchy noodles. Can’t tell their vegan. Great to add any sauce, protein, or veggies with.

Versatile and easy to cook

I’m used to seeing dried yuba sheets in the pantry section of Asian grocery stores. This is a fridge item and requires no-presoaking. It goes great in soup. I had mine with laksa broth, egg, and Nona Lim laksa noodles.
