Za'atar & Cheese Man'oushe
Man'oushe (man-OO-shay) is the traditional ad popular Arab street food that inspired Reem's California. Reem's Par-Baked Za'atar and Cheese Man'oushe is their freshly baked flatbread topped with Akkawi cheese, a white brine cheese hailing from Lebanon, and za'atar. Incredibly versatile, Za'atar & Cheese Man'oushe can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or midnight snack, solo or part of a lavish spread.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450* F
Remove all packaging and place flatbread directly on the oven rack or baking stone.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden, or you see the cheese bubbling.
Top Za'atar & Cheese Man'oushe with your favorite toppings, slice it, roll it up, or do whatever you like!
Ingredients: flatbread (bakers special flour (unbleached white flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzymes), water, starter (peak performer flour, white rye), canola oil, yeast), akkawi cheese (pasteurized grade a whole milk, calcium, vinegar, titanium dioxide, natural flavor, cultures, salt, non- animal kosher rennet), za'atar (wild thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, soy oil, salt).
