Pretty good

Was yummy! I put it in the microwave for 30s to warm it up and melt the cheese! Was not stale when it arrived

not very pretzel-y and a bit dry

The cheese on top has good flavor, but the bread itself is missing that distinct pretzel flavor and isn't as soft as I would prefer.

Inconsistent quality

Bought this item twice, first time was good, but for some reason the second time the pretzel was very salty. Could use more cheese inside! I heat it up in a convection oven at 350F for 5-7 min and it tastes fresh.
