Whole Grain Wonder

Josey Baker's rendition of the ubiqutuous Wonder loaf many of us grew up with, this loaf of bread that uses fresh-milled wheat flour is the most alive bread one can taste. The most notable difference is aroma, which is strong and amazing. The texture is finer and the flavor is sweeter and more nutty. Pair it with butter for an afternoon snack, or slice it for the kids' PB&Js.
