A mini version of the famous Lemon Saffron Marmalade. Thin sliced whole fresh lemons are slowly simmered with a heavy pinch of fragrant, floral saffron threads. The honey-like the scent of saffron hits you first, followed bright, tart lemons. Ingredients: lemons, cane sugar, pectin, sea salt, saffron. Handmade in small batches using whole fruit and fresh spices – zero preservatives, less sugar, and never chemicals.

A really good, balanced combination of lemon and saffron.. an unusual combination but works really well together
Surprising
I never thought that this combination would exist as a marmalade…so I impulsively bought it because…lack of constraint…eerm…I mean curiosity. It’s sweet but not too sweet, and you can enjoy the actual lemon and saffron flavors. This will probably be added into my staples list once I finish what I have.

Very different!
Definitely saffron forward, and the saffron taste is very genuine. Then comes the lemon and the sweetness. It was great on toast with butter! Will be buying for my saffron loving friends :)
