Their cheese & nigella fatayer are hand-shaped from our signature naturally leavened vegan sourdough and filled with Akkawi salt-brined cheese and the herbaceous black seeds of the nigella flower. Reem's Cheese & Nigella Fatayer can be enjoyed solo as a quick breakfast or snack, or can be part of a larger mezze spread of small shared plates such as dips and salads. Arrives frozen.
