Great value for the quality

Roll up your sleeves if you plan to break this down for several meals. Find lots of ways to cook this cut if you're not roasting it in one go.

a bit tough

Good value for the price but I wasn’t a big fan of this cut, it’s super lean and doesn’t work well for some of the things I like to cook, like pot roast

not too flavorful

The roast actually was in two pieces instead of one in the vacuum pack. not a whole lot of flavor and a lot of water content, tried cooking it several ways (pressure, stir fry, marinade) but couldn't get it right.
