Alex and Olga Sobal founded Hedge Coffee in 2015 and for two years it remained a two-people show. In 2017 Kyle Bowes joined the team and became the most handsome part of it. Xiani Wang has been pouring beautiful drinks with Hedge since 2018 and we seriously can’t imagine the team without her. Kaushik Sanyal came on board in spring of 2019 to help us with the business growth. He now moved to LA to start his own event coffee company and we’re beyond happy for his new journey.  In the course of these years, we worked (and continue working) with the most talented baristas in the Bay Area.
