"Baechu Kimchi" is a traditional Korean banchan made from fermented napa cabbages that has been perfectly seasoned.
Ingredients: Nappa cabbage, onion, apple, asian pear, dried persimmon, fermented anchovy. fermented shrimp, sweet rice, fresno pepper, dried red chili, masesil.
Not your typical store bought kimchi
Tried this kimchi for the first time and it reminds me of all my favorite homemade restaurant versions. Spicy, crunchy and so addictively tasty. Would definitely recommend
