For the first time ever, our famous heritage pepperoni has been produced in a retail size, perfect for home use! Delicious on its own or sliced over pizza, this pepperoni is unusual in that it is 100% dry aged.

Very substantial and filled with gravitas, it's so unusual to find a pepperoni using great ingredients. The flavor is hard to describe other than to say the pepp stick is firm, rich, full bodied, and robust with no sour or bitter aftertaste.

Ingredients: pork, sea salt, spices (including cayenne pepper, fennel seed, paprika), celery powder, dextrose, lactic acid starter culture.
