Ingredients
Noodles: Wheat noodles (wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt). Sauce: Coconut milk (coconut extract, water), galangal puree, fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt), curry paste (dried red chili, shallot, garlic, soybean oil, sugar, salt, fresh turmeric, lemongrass, spices [coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, lesser galangal, cloves], galangal, curry powder [mustard, turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, wheat flour, salt, chili, fennel, cumin, pepper], makrut lime, citric acid), lemongrass puree (lemongrass, water), garlic puree (garlic, water), cilantro, lactic acid, sea salt, dried red chili.

HOW TO COOK

STOVETOP: Cooks in 4 minutes!
Boil 4 cups of water.
Add noodles + cook for 4 min.
Drain noodles + add sauce packet. Mix well + enjoy!

MICROWAVE: Cooks in 6 minutes! (Note: Cook time may vary depending on microwave.)
Add noodles + 2 cups of water to a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 3 min. Stir to separate. Microwave for 3 more min. (For softer noodles, cook for 1 more min.)
Drain noodles + add sauce packet. Mix well + enjoy!
No stovetop or microwave? No problem - try using an electric kettle if you’re in a pinch!

ELECTRIC KETTLE: Cooks in 6 minutes! (Note: Cook time may vary depending on heat of water.)
Boil 2 cups of water in electric kettle.
Combine noodles + boiling water in a bowl. Cover for 6 minutes.
