A great company and a really excellent pure product. Creamy with a light tang. It's light and never heavy. Add it to a sauce, put it in a burrito, spread it on a sandwich, or dip your hot Cheetos into it. It is simply Grade-A pasteurized and cultured cream. Highly recommended!
