Beef Noodle Soup
Our flagship dish is beef noodle soup, a traditional Taiwanese noodle dish filled with braised beef chunks and beef broth. Our original secret family recipe enhances the fragrance and flavor of the broth.
Includes: Noodles, Beef, and Soup Base
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes.
Cooking Instructions:
Noodles - Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Cook noodles in boiling water while storing regularly {4 mins for medium soft and 3 mins for al dente}. Drain noodles into bowl and set aside.
Beef Broth - Soak frozen beef broth packet in room temperature water. Place defrosted soup into separate saucepan and add 1/2 cup of water. Bring it up to a boil. Ladle soup into bowl with noodles.
Top with preserved vegetables.

Good flavors. Would consider purchasing again at sale price. Serving size … fed one hungry person. Decent meal!
Fast Meal for 1
It says serving size is 1-2, but it's more for 1. Flavor is good, and you can cook more noodles and split the broth if you want to cook for 2.
