Roberta's Margherita Pizza is the closest that the inside of your oven will get to New York. Born and based in Brooklyn, Roberta's hand crafted wood fired frozen pizza, topped with a bright tomato sauce, house-made mozzarella and fresh basil. Each handmade pizza is baked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy, then immediately blast chilled. The pizzas are crafted with the same ingredients, from the scratch-made dough to the handmade mozzarella, as they use at the restaurant.
Thin but tender
You might wait up to 2 hours to sit down to eat at Roberta's. I've eaten there three times and I was shocked that the frozen pie was nearly as good. Huge benefit: it takes longer to heat the oven than to warm up the pie. The pie was although thin was still a soft tender Neapolitan styled crust. Pillowy soft and delicious.
Fresh and Tasty
An easy dinner option! Add a glass of wine and voila 🍷
Pretty good pizza
A little too sour for my taste but solid pizza
Wasn’t my favorite. Sadly lacked flavor.
Bad bad bad
I love Roberta’s - I don’t know what this is.
